- All cooking and cleaning is undertaken by our house staff, however all food and drinks cost is extra and payable directly to staff upon presentation of receipts.

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villa Pindoria upon reservation : 50 % 

- Balance of payment due 45 days prior to arrival

- Advance payments can be made with the following payment method : BACs – Visa/MasterCard

- On site payment can be made with the following payment method : Cash only for Incidentals/Car hire/Food and drink

On policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to info@villapindoria.com
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day: 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villa Pindoria
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villa Pindoria
